Be careful not to bend the blades during installation (and cleaning, balancing, etc). Doing so could put you at risk of fire or electrical shock. Don’t ever use the fan with a solid state speed control device and don’t control the speed using a dimmer switch. Watch out, many of these fans can have sharp edges!
